If you are unhappy about any aspect of your case or anyone you have seen at our office then please try to discuss this with the fee earner involved, either on the telephone or in writing. Miss Duke is the partner responsible for any complaints arising and if the matter cannot be resolved with the fee earner, then you should contact Mr. Davison.
If the problem lies with either of the above, then you should contact the other partner within the firm.
Either way, a response to your complaint will be received within 14 days from receipt of the same.
At the conclusion of the complaint process, if we are unable to deal with any complaints to your satisfaction, you have the right to ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint.
