History
Paul Davison and Laura Flynn had built up a following of regular clients on the Wirral and surrounding areas and in 2002 they decided to set up the firm Davison Flynn.
The firm went from strength to strength and in 2005 merged with Boscoes solicitors when Anna Duke came on board as a partner. The current firm of Davison Flynn Duke Solicitors LLP has served the local community for many years, striving for justice and an outcome that meets the clients expectations. They believe that justice should be available to all, not just those wealthy enough to afford it. In October 2023 Mrs Flynn retired from the partnership but still represents clients on behalf of the firm. The remaining partners have over 20 years experience in criminal law and have represented clients from the police station all the way through to the Court of Appeal. All three are duty solicitors on the Wirral scheme and hold the coveted Higher Rights of Audience (Crime) allowing them to represent clients both in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
The firm also has a vibrant civil litigation department headed by Richard Pownall and Gary Liallo, both of whom have a wealth of experience when dealing with such matters.
